Steve was awesome to deal with he was quick to respond to all my questions. When I went to pick up dolly he took the time to demonstrate how to hook the vehicle up and strap it down. Even one of the other guys came out to help as well. I was so appreciative of their help as this was my first time towing something behind my motorhome.
I would buy from FOT in a heartbeat once again. Thanks Steve and team for the excellent customer service you provided me.

I called because the wind up jack broke on my PJ Buggy Hauler. Breanne helped me out and checked on the warranty status because I bought the trailer at a dealer in Utah. The following day she contacted PJ and they agreed to ship me a new jack directly to my home. This just happened today and I hope to receive the jack soon. If it doesn't show up I'll update the review.
But for now, Breanne provided great customer service and I am very happy.

I like this place because.... although they didn't have what I was looking for, the manager made a very good attempt to accommodate my. The selection was great. location. WAY better stocked than the Menifee location and were all around more willing to sell you a trailer. Like I said, I didn't make my purchase here, but they were more than willing to help me find what I was looking for.
